CNC Fixture Monitoring System
CNC Fixture Monitoring Systems are used to monitor the performance and condition of CNC fixtures, which are used to hold workpieces in place during machining operations.
The primary function of a CNC fixture monitoring system is to ensure that the fixture is holding the workpiece securely and accurately. Our system uses wireless sensors to monitor the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure or clamping force used to secure the workpiece in the fixture. Alarms are generated if any parameters are outside normal operating conditions.
The FMS-000 reciever can be integrated with the CNC machine control system, allowing real-time pressures and forces to be monitored. This capability allows any issues to be corrected quickly, minimizing downtime and maximising product quality.
